We've found a reliable way to reproduce this kind of problem.
Install arcade fairplay protected game off test flight while logged into your apple id.
Log out of your apple id. Restart.
Run Game while logged out.
Log back into your apple id.
Run game and watch it try to repair your apple arcade installation of the game and fail mightily.

I will add my voice to the chorus here, we literally uploaded a build less than twelve hours ago, and now this. I'm digging around in the linked libraries to see if there's anything new and different from this archive to the last, but it doesn't look like it so far.
